I’m so glad you found me.

I’m a Spiritual Technologist, channel, and medium. At the core of it, my work is about helping you return to the fullest expression of yourself by identifying, moving, and clearing what’s in the way.

I experience the energetic world as something tangible and responsive. I work across multiple dimensions, communicate with non-earthly intelligences, and allow life forces that are not my own to move through me. I do all of this to help support change, regulation, and clarity within your system.

I can’t fully explain how I do this—but I can tell you it feels as natural to me as conversation. This is the work I’m here to do.

I didn’t set out on this path intentionally. I spent two decades teaching Pilates (and still own a studio, bodymechanics, in Southeast Portland). Early on, I noticed my hands were drawn to the places in my clients’ bodies that held trauma— and when I connected with those spaces, information came through. Over years of trusting my intuition and speaking the things that came into my head, my awareness deepened into the work I do now.
