Hi. I’m Mandy.

I’m so glad you found me in digital form.

I am a Spiritual Technologist, a channel, a medium— and mostly I’m just fully myself, and my job is to help restore you to the fullest expression of yourself, by uncovering, moving, and clearing whatever’s in the way. I work in multiple dimensions, I move life forces through me that are not my own. I communicate with beings I cannot see, and I feel forces far beyond what our society defines as normal.

I don’t know how I do all this, exactly, but I can tell you that connecting with the energetic world feels as natural and “real” to me as having a conversation, and this work is what I’ve been put on the planet to do.

I found my way into this unintentionally. I taught Pilates for two decades (fun fact: I still own bodymechanics in Portland, OR!). Early in my teaching, when I touched my clients, we noticed my hands were drawn to the places where their bodies held trauma—and when I connected with that trauma, I got information about it. My practice has been deepening, strengthening, and unfolding ever since.

Before I realized I could create energetic boundaries, I was inundated with everyone else’s shit all the time. Growing up, my “sensitivity” felt like a curse. When I realized I had the ability to move energy, it felt like I flipped the script. I realized my curse was actually my greatest superpower.

I’m the mom of two mostly grown kids, and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband Jay, one of my kids, a cat named Mojo, and a very enthusiastic husky named Chewy. At least 50% of my wardrobe is large cat-related, and I’m obsessed with Survivor (yes, the reality tv show). And helping people uncover and step into their own superpowers is, hands down, the best part of my job.
